This Agreement is a legal agreement between the user and this gaming platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") regarding the user's registration, login, and use of the relevant products and services provided by the Platform. Before using the products or services of this Platform, please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, and choose whether to accept them. If the user does not agree to any of the terms in this Agreement, please do not register, log in, or use the products and services of this Platform. Once the user completes registration, login, or actually uses the products and services provided by this Platform, it is deemed that the user has read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement.
This platform mainly provides users with services including but not limited to online games, game communities, game auxiliary tools (such as game boxes), related website content, email communications, etc. through the Internet. The specific service content may change at any time according to the actual situation, and users should refer to the services actually provided by this platform.
For some service items, this platform may charge reasonable fees, and users will receive clear prompts on the relevant pages before using these services. If the user does not want to pay the relevant fees, he or she may choose not to use the service, and the platform will not bear any responsibility for this.
When using the services of this platform, users must have the necessary equipment and network conditions to connect to the Internet. The relevant equipment (such as mobile phones, computers, network access devices, etc.) and the expenses incurred (such as network traffic fees, telecommunications charges, etc.) shall be borne by the user.
Users must ensure that they use legal and genuine software to access and use the services of this platform. If any losses or legal consequences caused by the use of illegal or pirated software are caused, the responsibility shall be borne by the user.
After successfully registering and being reviewed by the platform, the user can obtain a platform account (hereinafter referred to as the "account"). The account name cannot be changed once the registration is confirmed. Users can set or change passwords as needed. Passwords should be kept properly and not disclosed.
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts and passwords. Account transfer, borrowing, selling, sharing, etc. are prohibited without the consent of the platform. Once an abnormality is found, the user should contact the platform customer service as soon as possible. The platform will decide whether to take corresponding measures to suspend the use of the account based on the identity verification information provided by the user.
Users should provide true, accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to real name, ID number, contact information, etc. The platform will provide users with relevant information confidentiality and registration credential query services in accordance with legal provisions.
Users are obliged to update their registration information in a timely manner to ensure that the information they retain on the platform is true and valid. The user shall bear the service obstacles or legal liabilities caused by false or unupdated information.
Users shall not register under the identity of others, otherwise the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue their legal liabilities.
Once the registration is successful, except for statutory circumstances, the key identity information provided by the user (such as ID number, account name, etc.) will not be able to be modified. Please be sure to fill it out truthfully.
In order to optimize the service experience, the platform may collect user information when the user voluntarily uses the service, explicitly authorizes or is required by relevant laws. The platform may use legal technical means to collect information including user device information, access behavior records, transaction data, etc.
The platform promises not to disclose, sell or illegally provide user personal information to third parties. The platform will take security measures including but not limited to encrypted storage, firewalls, and permission isolation to ensure the security of user information.
If information is leaked due to hacker attacks, force majeure or other third-party behaviors, the platform will assist users to stop losses within a reasonable range, but will not bear the indirect liability arising therefrom.
For underage users, the platform will strengthen protection measures, minimize the scope of their provision of personal information, and implement identity authentication and use restrictions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Users have the right to enjoy all services provided by the platform, including game participation, community interaction, use of virtual props, etc., on the premise of complying with this agreement and relevant laws.
Users have the right to make comments and suggestions on the services of this platform, and also have the right to provide feedback and complaints about problems encountered during the service process.
If the user has objections to the content of this agreement or is dissatisfied with the service changes, he/she has the right to choose to terminate the use of the services of this platform. After stopping use, the platform no longer bears any obligations to the user.
Users should ensure that all content (including text, pictures, audio, etc.) posted on the platform does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, and does not contain illegal, vulgar, harassing and other information. If there is any violation, the platform has the right to delete the relevant content and take corresponding punishment measures against the user, including but not limited to warnings, bans, account cancellation, etc.
When using the services of this platform, users should abide by relevant national laws and regulations and the ethical code of Internet behavior. The platform shall not be used for any illegal activities, such as publishing obscene, violent, gambling, fraud, illegal transactions and other information.
Users shall not use illegal tools such as plug-ins, scripts, automatic programs, etc. to interfere with the order of the game and destroy the balance of the game.
The platform has the right to take management measures against accounts that violate this code of conduct, including restricting functions, freezing accounts, and permanently banning, and reserves the right to pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
Users shall be responsible for all their actions and content published on the platform. The platform has the right to monitor and handle suspected violations and report to relevant departments when necessary.
In view of the continuous development of Internet services, the platform has the right to adjust or terminate the service content based on operational strategies, technological development and other factors, and users should understand and support it.
If the platform decides to terminate a service, it will notify users in advance through official website announcements, internal messages or other means, and provide users with migration solutions or alternative services as much as possible.
If the platform outsources part of the service content or transfers it to a third party for operation, users still need to abide by the relevant terms of this agreement during use, and the platform will continue to provide protection for user rights.
In the event of any of the following circumstances, the platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to users:
The user provides false information or violates legal provisions;
The user violates the code of conduct agreed in this agreement;
The platform needs to temporarily suspend services due to system upgrades, equipment maintenance or force majeure.
The user understands and accepts that the maintenance and update of the platform may cause a short interruption of service. The platform will inform in advance and try to shorten the interruption time, and will not bear any compensation liability for this.
For accounts that have not been logged in for a long time (such as more than 365 consecutive days), the platform has the right to regard the user as actively giving up use and may cancel the account, including clearing the virtual assets and game data under the account.
The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages that may occur during the user's use.
The platform does not guarantee that the services provided are completely correct, nor does it guarantee that the service content fully meets the user's expectations. If the service is interrupted or data is lost due to network delays, system errors, etc., the platform will try its best to repair it, but will not assume any compensation obligations.
The platform is not responsible for losses caused by improper personal operation of the user (such as password leakage, device loss).
If the user is involved in a third-party dispute due to the use of the platform's services, the platform will assist in providing relevant information, but will not directly participate or assume any responsibility.
The platform has the right to modify this agreement in accordance with laws and regulations or the actual needs of service operation. The modified content will be published in a prominent position on the official website and client, or notified to users through email, pop-up notifications, etc.
If users continue to use the service after the modification announcement is released, they will be deemed to agree to the modified agreement content. If users do not agree to the modification content, they should stop using the platform services.
The final right of interpretation of this agreement belongs to this platform, and any doubts shall be subject to the platform announcement and final interpretation.
The signing, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises from the Agreement, the User and the Platform shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the User may file a lawsuit in the court where the Platform is located.
If a clause of this Agreement is invalid, it will not affect the validity of other clauses, and the remaining clauses will still be legally effective.
If the User uses the services of this Platform in other ways (including downloading the client, visiting the web page, trying out games, etc.) before completing the account registration, it is also deemed that the User agrees and accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
